Carol Sant, MSN, CCRN, ACNPC-AG, is a board certified acute care nurse practitioner specializing in adult-gerontology. Carol is excited to join the Mat-Su Heart team as she continues to serve the community she has called home for nearly 30 years.
Her journey in healthcare began with a nursing degree from the University of Alaska Anchorage, followed by advanced training as a nurse practitioner from Purdue University Global. Over the past 12 years, she has cared for patients at Mat-Su Regional, initially in critical care and later as a hospitalist nurse practitioner on the medical floors.
Sant says Alaska’s stunning outdoor beauty inspires her passion for wellness—whether she's hiking, biking, skiing or kayaking. She is excited to partner with patients to improve their heart health and overall wellness, empowering them to enjoy the activities that bring them joy and vitality.
