Next-In-Line Primary Care
What is "next-in-line" primary care?
"Next-in-line" care allows you to see your primary care provider or the next available provider – without an appointment. If you request next-in-line care, our goal is to respond to you within two hours to schedule an appointment later in the day or as early as possible the following day. Visits may be in the office or via telehealth.
How does "next-in-line" primary care work?
Just call the office to request a next-in-line visit. If a same-day opening is immediately available with a provider, the staff will offer to schedule that visit for you. If no openings are immediately available, just keep your phone at hand for a call back from office staff. We will try to find a time with your regular doctor before directing you to another provider.
Urgent Care
Mat-Su Urgent Care offers walk-in clinic availability, providing care for minor illnesses and injuries during extended hours and on weekends. The clinic provides access to physicians, nurse practitioners and physician's assistants when you or your family need care now. Walk-Ins are welcome, but you can also save your spot in line ahead of time.
Mat-Su Urgent Care Save My Spot
Save My Spot should not be used for emergencies. If your symptoms worsen or you believe you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department as soon as possible.
